A great win for Big Lachie and all connections, to win the last at Bath racecourse under a well timed ride by Kieran O’Neill. It’s been a frustrating few weeks for the yard with loads of placed efforts, so fantastic for all the team to see him get his head in front. BIG LACHIE turned the form around with the second horse, who had beaten us at Ripon last time, but he stepped up a fair way on that form … Read More
We had runners at three locations on Saturday and were delighted to bring home a winner from both Haydock Park and Wolverhampton. Moxy Mares traveled up to Haydock for his first run as a three year old after a nice winter break and was ridden by Oisin Murphy. He didn’t mind the heavy going and traveled strongly throughout the race taking up the lead comfortably in the final furlong. A great win for owners Steve and Anita Mares. Tigerwolf was … Read More
Tigerwolf took the last race at Kempton Park in style – he settled well towards the rear of the field and made steady headway to take up the lead about a furlong out. He edged to the centre of the track but the win was never in doubt as he came over the line clear by 2 1/2 lengths. Eoin Walsh did the steering. It was his first win since joining our yard and for owners The Friday Morning Fourball. … Read More
After several occasions as the bridesmaid we were delighted to see Lord Murphy get his head in front again at Wolverhampton on Monday evening. This was the first win for the new owners – The Goodwooders – and most of the syndicate were there to cheer him home. It was great to see them enjoy their first winner and hope it will be the first of many!
Dark Alliance returned to Wolverhampton Racecourse this afternoon and notched up win number 4 of the year, taking the feature race on the card. Eddy Greatrex has built up a great rapport with the horse and gave him another lovely ride to go on for a comfortable win in the end. We are delighted for owners, Andy Holding Speed Figures syndicate, who have enjoyed a great few months with the horse. All credit goes to all of the team at … Read More
Chocolate Box made his first start for the yard a winning one! We took him back to Chelmsford, where he was a previous course winner, and stepped him up to 2 miles. Luke Morris was back on board and although he pulled a bit hard in the early stages, he finished really strongly and won by over 3 lengths. It was a great win for new owners, Racing Facades, and hopefully an exciting horse for the future! Great result for … Read More
